Is It Possible To Hold Too Much Cash?
Do you ever wonder if you have the right ratio of liquid cash vs. retirement savings? Especially now with ultra-low interest rates, cash feels like trash, and it’s tempting to invest some of your emergency cash sitting on the sidelines.
What about prioritizing investing for your own retirement vs. saving for your child’s college education? You know you should be saving more for retirement, but should you really prioritize your own needs over those of your child?
With so many responsibilities and desires pulling at your wallet, it can be tough to tell what should be the highest priority for your next dollar. We distilled our philosophy about money into nine tried-and-true steps called the Financial Order of Operations (FOO). Now through November 30th, we’re offering our FOO course at the lowest price we’ve ever offered, $199.
Your FOO course purchase includes:
12 exclusive video lessons
27 additional FAQ videos
Homework assignments that walk you through each step
Access to our private Facebook group and private livestreams
$50 off for a limited time!
After you purchase the course and login to your portal for the first time, you’ll be able to complete steps at your own pace. We have video lessons for each step, plus additional FAQ videos for any questions you might have along the way. Our FAQ videos were created after the launch of the course from feedback we received from course members, so we address a wide range of common questions.
After each video lesson, you’ll be prompted to complete the homework assignment for that step. Our homework PDF is no ordinary worksheet; it can smartly calculate how much you need to contribute to get your full employer match, how large your emergency fund needs to be, help you prioritize debts, and more. After you complete the course, you’ll probably find yourself referencing the completed homework time and time again. Below is a sneak preview of one of the pages in the course homework.
One of my favorite components of the course is the private Facebook group. We’ve had FOO course members create a Facebook account just to access the private FOO Facebook group, and I think they would say it’s totally worth it. I hang out in the FOO group as The Money Guy Show answering questions, and it’s been amazing watching from the sideline as members of the community build relationships, help each other out, and connect with other like-minded individuals.
Get the FOO course before Tuesday, November 30th at 8 PM CT at our lowest price ever, $199.
FYI: There will be no FTE tomorrow, but I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving! I’ll be back next week, December 2nd.
